A byproduct of the trend I spoke of in the previous article is that students who would normally be interested in 3-bedroom units (those who have a total of three residents lined up) have been giving up on the prospect of a 3-bedroom unit and are instead actively seeking 4-bedroom units. They'll worry about finding another roommate later. Developers, pay attention.
